Natural ways to control diabetes

Diabetes can be controlled naturally. For example: olive oil, leaves and fruits control diabetes. Dry papaya leaves and boil for 4/5 minutes. Sajane leaf powder controls diabetes. Neem leaves make insulin. Boil cinnamon for 10/15 minutes. Cinnamon controls diabetes. Amalki controls diabetes. Corolla juice, water soaked in potato and Telakucha leaf juice also control diabetes.

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder in which the body becomes unable to produce enough insulin or refuses insulin. As a result, blood sugar levels rise at an abnormal rate. Milk: Milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D, which is why milk is a good food for diabetics. Many people get flatulence after drinking milk, in which case, apart from the fatty part of milk, tokadai and other dairy foods can also be eaten.

Tulsi: Medicinal plant Tulsi is called insulin for diabetes. Studies have shown that basil helps in controlling diabetes in various ways. Drinking basil juice on an empty stomach lowers blood glucose levels. Basil juice can also be drunk in combination with tea.

Peas: Peas play an effective role in controlling heart disease and diabetes. One study found that peas regulate blood glucose levels, reducing the risk of heart disease.

Corolla: Take three to four corollas, then drop the seeds inside and make juice with it in a blender. Regular consumption of this juice is beneficial in controlling blood sugar.

Neem: Neem is another excellent ingredient in controlling blood sugar. Eat two to three neem leaves on an empty stomach every day. It helps make insulin. This is a useful home remedy for diabetic neuropathy patients.

Amalki: Eating 20 ml of Amalki juice twice a day is good for diabetics. You can also eat amalki powder twice a day, it helps to control blood sugar.

Green Tea: This herbal tea helps in making insulin by increasing the activity of pancreas, so you can drink green tea regularly to control blood sugar.

Here are some suggestions:

  • You need to walk or do at least 40 minutes of physical activity every day. In case of walking, good results are obtained by walking continuously for 40 minutes continuously.
  • Exercise or hard work, so that the body sweats. Instead of suddenly starting a very difficult exercise, you should start with a workout or light exercise first. Slowly increase the speed.
  • Body weight cannot be allowed to increase. For those who are already overweight, take steps to lose weight (e.g. diet control, exercise, running, walking, etc.).
