Job Context

    Bank Asia Limited, one of the leading banks of the country with a chain of 135 branches and more than 5000 agent outlets is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic incumbents to be recruited in the position of "Trainee Officer". We`re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their careers. Applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. 

Job Responsibilities

•     Provide excellent customer service from respective desk of the branch or corporate office.
•     Ensure proper documentation while serving customers.
•     Meeting business targets - assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch or corporate office as set by management.
•     Assist in assigned operational activities of the branch, i.e. product promotion, client service, branch administration, etc.
•     Maintain branch or division service standard and strive to improve it.
•     Ensure all reportings are done complying with all regulatory compliance and in timely manner.

Educational Requirements

•     Minimum Graduate in any discipline with CGPA not below 2.50 in a scale of 4.
•     SSC & HSC GPA at least 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent.
•     "O" level result must have at least 5 Cs or above and "A" level result must have at least 2 Cs or above.

Additional Requirements

•     Age 21 to 30 years
•     Age limit of 30 years will be calculated as on March 25, 2020.
•     Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused.
•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•     Excellent ability in speaking and writing both Bangla and English.
•     Proficiency in computer literacy & sound analytical ability.

Salary

    The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 40,000.00 during the probation period. On successful completion of one-year of probation, the Trainee Officer will be confirmed as Assistant Officers and will be entitled for a monthly salary of BDT 48,750.00 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits.
