Job Responsibilities
- Prepare various MIS and dashboards on various performance indicators, i.e. portfolio growth, trade performance, profitability, overdue status, stock analysis, CIB analysis, checklist update, budget vs achievement monitoring, limit vs utilization, documentation compliance status, regulatory reporting, projection and other ad hoc requirements for the division to track progress in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
- Follow up with corporate relationship teams and other internal stakeholders to meet various queries and fulfillment of requirement(s);
- Prepare corporate banking policies, product PPGs, process notes, checklists, etc. in coordination with relevant business and product teams to ensure a process-driven work environment;
- Liaise with various departments of the bank to ensure necessary collaboration and support;
- Monitor portfolio quality to identify potential risk and raise it to the appropriate authority for raising necessary actions;
- Collect relevant information from the business units, other departments, and market to prepare required MIS and provide various insights on the market and client pool;
- Monitor compliance status of covenant and conditions and raise flags that require management attention to make quick and effective decisions;
- Prepare and circulate periodical MIS and reports as required by the division.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Economics/ Management from any UGC-approved university;
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 01 year of experience in Banking/Finance with a focus on corporate relationships;
- Advanced skills in MS Office, i.e. Excel Dashboard, Power BI and PowerPoint will get priority;
- Proactive and strong analytical ability to assist decision-making;
- Ability to work under pressure, i.e. meet deadlines, attend ad-hoc tasks, manage priorities, and have multi-tasking ability;
- Strong English and Bangla communication skills (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of banking operations, markets, and regulatory guidelines;
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
