Job Context

  • Position: Temporary (Time-Bound) Staff

Teller responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts & keeping track of all cash transactions. Applicant should be customer oriented. Employee will be liable for ensuring smooth running of transaction and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make payment and receive of cash efficiently, flawlessly within shortest possible time.
  • Stay alert against fake notes, fraudulent transaction and Money Laundering.
  • Counting and packaging currency.
  • Reconciling cash drawers.
  • Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM.
  • Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Relationship Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years

Applicant must have bachelor’s degree from UGC approved university, no result below 2.5 (Out of 4.00 Scale) is eligible.

Applicant may have 1-2 years of work experience.

Applicant must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
